Would suit more mature person as the household consists of husband and wife in their late 50's./early sixties (both very active people).

The room has just been redecorated and has new quality carpeting.

The house sits on a very large garden ( about an acre) and the fields attached (27 acres) that are exclusively for the house owners to graze their horses.

The owners do have stables and horses abutting their fields, If the tenant does not like horses, please be assured they don't encroach on the large residential garden area.

Any tenant would have full use of the tranquil large garden and have access to the fields to enjoy walks on private land.

The house itself is ten minute walk from the High Street and Brentwood station. There is a bus stop about 3 minute walk away.

Smokers are welcome but can only smoke outside (like husband does)

The owners do have an extremely likeable and friendly dog ( sprocker)

All facilities of the house would be shared by tenant/s owners but the owners would keep one lounge for their own exclusive use.
