I am offering a double furnished room for rent, 5 minutes walk from Brentwood High Street / 25 minutes walk to Shenfield and Brentwood Station situated within a quiet lovely block of flats, facing out onto communal gardens.
You would be sharing with me (the homeowner) and would have access to a kitchen, a shared bathroom and a lounge with smart TV, Netflix, Amazon prime and fast broadband.
The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and Tv. The room itself is 11’10 x 7’3 ft.
I am looking for someone who is easy going and will treat my home respectfully. I have a 10 year old cockapoo named Daisy and I mainly work from home. I am flexible on whether it is a short term let or for a year. I would also consider a Mon-Fri let at a reduced rate.... for me it’s more about finding the right kind of person.
