This newly renovated middle terrace house is around the corner of Brentwood Station (3 mins walk). The train takes 30 mins to Stratford Station and 35 mins to Liverpool Street station. It is super convenient to commute to Central London.

The bedrooms are upstairs. This bedroom is fully furnished with storage double bed, double wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. The bathroom was newly renovated with bath and power shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking ware, microwave oven, fridge & freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc, .

All utilities (electricity, gas, water, wifi, council tax, TV licence, insurance, etc) are included in the rent. There is super fast Fibre broadband WiFi and 43 inch smart Ultra HD TV. The house has gas central heating in every room. There is street resident car park.

There are several restaurants, take aways (Indian, Chinese, Pizzas, fish & chips, etc) and convenience shops (with parcel delivery and drop services) around the corner. The amazon locker in Premium Inn by the station is within 5 mins walk The Tesco Express is within 5 mins walk. The house is within 10 mins walk to the Brentwood High Street. There is a big Sainsbury’s supermarket in the city centre.

The house is very quiet. The house has a good size garden, equipped with BBQ, 6 seat garden table, a small table and log cabin.

Current housemate is a full time English male professional in his early 30s. He is a very tidy, pleasant and friendly person.

Myself (live out landlord) is originally from China. I am a full time banking professional based in the City of London. I am sociable and interested in meeting new friends. I enjoy international food, running, swimming and travelling etc.
