This is for a second sharer to be part of a team.

A friendly older person with reduced mobility is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would really benefit from some practical help around the house including shopping, cooking some evening meals (mainly fish and vegetarian), and help with light household chores, plus the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around their home in the evenings/overnight. There is a friendly cat.


The accommodation on offer is a furnished double bedroom, and shared bathroom and use of the homes other facilities including the garden.

The property is located in a nice residential area just 20 minutes’ walk from Brentwood train station and the centre of Brentwood.

The person’s interests include pottery, flying, sailing, travelling, keeping up with the news and discussing current affairs and politics.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a bright, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
