Sharing newly built flat (within 5 min walk to Brentwood station and high street) with live-in landlord - professional male, who has private en suite to his room (hardly uses main bathroom). Most mod con's included, very clean and tidy, non smoker, balcony overlooking forest area, very quiet and secluded for how close to high street & station.

Looking for a tidy and clean flatmate, I can't handle messy people who don't clean up after themselves. This is my flat so I want it looked after.
