Transport links are very good with West Horndon Station the closest taking you up to Fenchurch Street (Tower Hill) followed by Brentwood and Shenfield taking you up to Liverpool Street. In the village there are 3 village pubs, and a Bp garage with Marks and Spencer shop, and wild bean caf'e, a large park, woodlands, a village shop, cricket & football club, beauty shop and a church.
The other room within the annexe is currently occupied by a long term tenant (15 years) who is very easy going, quiet and easy to get on with, he is out during the day at work and some weekends.
Our house is joined on next to the annexe.
