I have a double room to rent in my 3 bedroom house which is about a 25 minute walk from brentwood station.
I have a garden with decking and I am sure there will be a few BBQ's happening in the summer and happy to socialise with anyone.
I try and keep the house clean and tidy and would expect the same from whoever lives here but that doesn't mean I would expect it spotless at all times, but I do want it respected and looked after please.
