Shift Workers..Modern, Sunny Double Room+Terrace

Perfect room to relax with dinner, Skype family and rest after work :)

Hi,

You have a chance to live in a spacious (4x5m), furnished, sunny, room with comfortable double bed and access to balcony, in a 2 bed maisonette on first floor. Only two quiet neighbours under and a loft over, with ample storage for your use. Quiet area with parking outside.

This will be your bedroom, play room, dinning room, and chill out space after work, eat and relax in front of 50` TV, PS4, Amazon/Netflix TV. A double, corner comfortable sofa bed can be used for sleeping or feet-up resting and with lots of room for a wardrobe, cupboards and daily essentials. There is a corner desk available in the section of room leading to the terrace. The room has two double windows, south facing, on a peaceful green grass area, view not obstructed by other buildings, on a crescent off main Woodman Road and with a shortcut to convenient shops (Tesco Express 2 minutes!) on Warely Hill. 7 min. to Brentwood train station, 20 min. to highstreet.

First bedroom is occupied by 24 yrs Graphical Designer Chris, with wide interests including, engineering, aviation, politics, games and history.

I live with a girlfriend in second bedroom. I`m a design engineer/architect and she is a personal assistant. In spare time we like to watch a movie, go running or see friends.

We are friendly, reliable, but also joyuful.

There is a central hallway for shoes/clothes, opening onto a separate WC and separate bathroom with bath and power shower, so using bathroom doesn`t block WC. We start work at different times and mostly shower in the evening so there is no issues with bathroom. It can be easily arranged.

A spacious, modern kitchen with appliances, ample storage and big fridge/freezer, washing machine etc.

Your room has separate entrance from the hall, and has a modern, comfortable, corner sofa bed, furniture with storage, double canvass wardrobe, mirror, 50`TV, PS4, FreeView TV, Amazon, Fibre Optic Broadband!, exercise bike should you want to use it, coffee table, and space for exercising or more furniture.
Direct access to terrace, excellent in summer, sunny and quiet view.

Bills and cleaning included in the price.

We would use the sofa and TV during the weekend, in return keep your room and the flat clean and tidy, no cleaning required :)

IMPORTANT! We want to Use the room room for TV, on most weekends, so it's only for:
1. Someone who works shifts, including night shifts or ideally only night shifts.
2. Works Monday-Friday and then goes back home to family for the weekend. At least 2 times a month,
hence the price.

Of course your staff stays here safe, all the time in a large wardrobe, bedside tables, cupboards, and the room is yours to use, apart from a few evenings a month when you're away or on night shift.
