You will have your own large double room fully furnished, shared upstairs toilet, shared downstairs bathroom, cosy lounge and fully equipped kitchen (although welcome to bring some personal bits if wish). There is garden space and access to allocated parking space or on the quiet road.
This is a house share however, you will have your own space during parts of the week.
Brightlingsea is a lovely seaside town, with all the essential shops and services. Bus routes to the Uni or 15 min drive to the Uni, or 15/20 min access to the A133 to head towards Clacton or Colchester.(A120 and A12). The nearest train station is Great Bentley/Alresford approx 15 min drive up the road
