We have a room to rent in our home. It is on the first floor with a TV in the room, there is a shared kitchen and bathroom with our other lodger who is a quiet professional man.
We are all in our fifties so looking for a respectful considerate person looking for a quiet life, this is not a party house.
We have two cats in case this is an issue. You are responsible along with our other lodger for keeping the shared kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy.
There is on road parking if required and a bus stop outside the house with a service to Colchester throughout the day.
If you feel you would fit in with our household please get in touch, ideally we are looking for a long term lodger.
