Peaceful garden view

I'm seeking a kind, calm and very clean (about the flat) lady to share a spacious flat in village-y, bird songy Buckhurst Hill - a pretty five-minute walk up Palmerston Road from the Tube. Someone who wishes to make their home a sanctuary, as happy to chat together as they are to spend time alone, or hanging out with my beautiful white cat, Lili :)

It's a ground-floor property with lots of light, a communal garden and friendly, open-minded neighbours (a best friend being one of them) all around. I'm told in the summer the ladies do yoga on the lawn. It's just been refurbished, and has new carpets and a fresh lick of paint.

Very large lounge, good size kitchen with lots of cupboards, sweet bathroom, and bedrooms that fit a double bed (which can be supplied). Otherwise, the available room is unfurnished and has some storage.

There's a big fridge, tumble dryer and washing machine. I also have a blender, juicer, and water carbonator, all of which you're welcome to use.

All bills included, including Netflix, so you can relax each month after paying your rent.

I work from home several times a week - as a writer, and I'm also a mindfulness teacher and trauma therapist - though this can change, and the room would probably suit someone who works full or part time. But this isn't essential.

I'm mostly vegan and it's very important that whoever lives here is happy or willing not to bring any meat or fish into the property, including via guests. Thank you so much.
