Newly decorated and part-furnished luxurious double room in peaceful, light-filled flat seeks cool, kind, plant-based female to be her sanctuary.

Sharing with 40-something self-employed, mostly vegan writer, trauma therapist and mum of beautiful, bushy-tailed white cat who shares the property. 😻

ALL bills are included in the price, including Netflix.

It’s a ground floor flat overlooking the garden, which truly is communal. I play and sunbathe out there with my neighbours children. Many neighbours are very kind and friendly, making this a special place.

Mod cons include juicer, blender, tumble dryer, Alexa but no microwave. There’s space for one, though.

Suitable for semi-sociable, kind, very clean and tidy and ideally fun professional seeking a balance between time alone and enjoying this lovely flat together.

My schedule is not set. I’m currently out all day every day, while other weeks I’m at home a lot. I also give online sessions at home at the weekend and would appreciate someone who’s kindly willing to agree to sole use of the lounge at these times. I can be flexible in return too, of course.

Flat is about 5 minutes walk from leafy Buckhurst Hill on the Central line, taking you direct to the City and central London in 30 to 40 minutes.
