Double Room Available 31 January - Buckhurst Hill

Hello There,

We are looking for a female (lady) student, or professional to join our flat in Buckhurst hill 10 min walk to Queens Road.

Unfortunetly I am moving out and looking for replacement.

I have lived there 3 years as a tenant.

Currently there is 2 females & and a male in the flat. We are usually out and working from 8-6pm M-F. Weekends we are more often home, but still out and about all the time. We both single too, so we do not invite occasional people in.

Looking for someone who is clean, and friendly also as someone studying or working like us.

We are trying to keep the flat quite and clean - so we do not invite any people often.

If you have a boyfriend that is allowed.

Stations around are:
Roding Valey 5min walk - Zone 4
Buckhurst hill 5-8min walk - Zone 5
There is Waitrose & Costa coffee, lots of corner shops also as pubs around, parks and David Lloyds Gym.

There is outside flat parking available if you are driving.

It approximately takes 20-25min to get to central from the Buckhurst hill station.
