I have a sunny double room available for (single occupancy) rent in my bright, light, fully furnished home in Buckhurst Hill.

My home is in a friendly cul-de-sac, very close to a corner shop, bus stop and Epping Forest. 15 minute walk to Buckhurst Hill underground station (Central line). There's a supermarket near the station and shops, pubs and restaurants along Queens Road (10 min walk).

I'm a PA with a wide range of interests and am looking for a non-smoking, honest, reliable lodger who's clean and tidy.

The room is £650/pcm inclusive of council tax, water and internet. Excludes insurance, landline phone, gas and electric. Bond and references required.
