This is not a full 7 days let.
I may consider someone who maybe needed to stay a couple of weekends as well but this would have to work around when I have my grandson stay.
Also would be extra cost if here the extra 2 weekends .
Extra cost would be extra £150.
NON SMOKER ONLY.
MUST BE IN FULLTIME WORK .and going out to work every day and not working from home.
It is a clean beautiful homely modern spacious home with parking.
Double size bedroom with double bed and 3 door wardrobe and two chest of drawer tv with firestick.
Bedding and towels provided.
Has all kitchen amenities with everything you need for cooking.
Shared bathroom which is kept very clean.
I am quiet and and keep my home tidy and keep myself to myself most of the time but still sociable but respect each others space and privacy .
Just like my own space to chill and watch tv at end of the day.
Opposite beach and bus stop outside that goes to Benfleet station.
Open to short lets.
