The housemate will be sharing the flat with myself, my two year old daughter and our pet cat. There is a smoking area outside the flat and smoking in the flat is not permitted. To safeguard my daughter I do not allow men to sleepover. I do not currently have broadband as it’s just myself but this can be changed if needed.
