Single room in Somerville Road

Hi and thanks for viewing my advert. I am looking for a lodger for my spare room.

The room has a single bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe/storage closet. I have just installed a new wall mounted LG smart HD TV in the room for the new lodger.

All bills are included and there is also complimentary fibre optic broadband available. The kitchen is of a decent size too as can be seen in the photographs. Due to space restrictions, there is no shared living room in the house. There is however, a small dining table in the kitchen and a TV in the bedroom.

Chadwell Heath Elizabeth line station (Crossrail) is a 0.9 miles away. Newbury Park Central Line London Underground station (zone 4) is in fact easier to get to as it is approximately 10 mins from the nearest bus stop to the station. The bus stop is only a 1 minute walk from the house and is served by the number 66 bus which runs a regular and reliable service.

From Newbury Park Station the journey times to Stratford 14 mins, Liverpool Street 23 mins, Oxford Street 33 mins). If you drive, the property is 100 meters away from the A12 and within a approx 15 minute drive you can reach the A406, A13, M11 or M25 carriageways. There is free parking available on Somerville Road.

There are two convenience stores on Somerville Road, both about a 5 minute walk away. Chadwell Heath High road is close by as is King George Hospital.

There are lots of green spaces near the house with Padnall lake being only 3 mins walk away and Fairlop Waters and Hainault Forest country park both a 10 minutes drive away. The two closest big shopping malls are Romford Brewery and Westfield Stratford.

The area is residential and relatively quiet compared to most other parts of London but still benefits from easy commuting to and from Central London.

Please note, there is a house rabbit that lives downstairs in my living room but not in the communal area.
