Single room (Sofa bed in)

This is a newly refurbished single room in a semi detached house on the first floor. Convertible sofa bed is included.

Apart from the bedrooms, the house is communal which includes living room, dining room, conservatory and garden.

The whole house has not long been refurbished and repainted. Bills included, including council tax, energy, water, internet, TV license, etc.

My mum has recently retired and has gone travelling, so I (Kristian) am looking after the house and live here.
I am the Director of Programmes at an award-winning creative arts charity and love the arts and culture, and Chris works with a prestigious private members club and loves music and is in a band.
We work from home and the office and use the living room to do yoga/ exercise in the mornings and chill there some evenings to chat/ watch TV.

We are eco-conscious and do things like close doors (in colder months) to keep heat in and turn lights off when not using them and would like a housemate who is on the same page.
We expect basics like cleaning up after yourself, taking the bins out, contributions to toilet paper.

Successful applicants will be asked to:
- Share passport/ID
- Share proof of employment and character reference
- One other character reference
- Sign a contract agreement (subject to references)
- Transfer one month’s rent deposit (subject to references)

Transport:
There is on street parking.
Chadwell Heath is on the Elizabeth Line and the house is a 10-20 mins walk from the station (depending on how fast you walk) or a 5 mins bike ride - bikes can be locked up in the station and there is a lift to get to the platforms easily. The house has a shed in the garden to put bikes in.
If you are out late, Newbury Park on the Central Line is a ten mins bus ride away. The N86 from Stratford also takes you to the house.
There are many local buses.

I would ideally like someone confirmed by 18 March to give time for references and then move in on 1 April.
