Hi,

I have a spare room to let in a 3-bed house in central Chelmsford. The room and house looks much bigger in person!

It's a few minutes' walk to the city centre where you have a decent mix of shops, bars and restaurants. It's also 8 minutes walk to the train station which is ideal for commuters. It's 30 minutes to Liverpool Street in London from Chelmsford station.

Garage parking can be arranged at the back of the property and there’s street parking out the front. All bills are included.

I'm easy going, as long as you're willing to keep the communal areas clean. Please drop me a message if you're interested.

I have one house mate so far. He’s 24, plays the Xbox with me sometimes and we go to the pub every now and then. He’s a medic so works just like me. We’re both very tidy and respectful, and keep all communal areas clean.
