Easy walk to town, Uni and station, i. e. 5 minute walk to Chelmsford centre, 15 minutes to Uni and the train/bus station, which has a 30 minute service into London Liverpool St.
We are on a local bus route that services the town and local hospital.
A dual carriageway is minutes away leading to the east bound A12.
The house is decorated and furnished to feel like home rather than just rental. The tenants are young (25-39) and the atmosphere is friendly.

In addition to central heating, you will also benefit from a large kitchen including gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble-drier, and two fridge freezers.
