Our property is beautifully decorated and each room has its own near new furniture and recently decorated.. The double rooms feel more like a boutique hotel rather than a house share.

You are ideally located approximately 1 mile from the Chelmsford main line rail station and town centre, and also have the convenience of local shops just 30 seconds away including a post office, Coop, takeaways etc.

The house has been recently renovated and everything is in great condition!! All bills are included including fibre broadband, council tax, Netflix and all other utilities. A gardener and cleaner are also provided. The property offers 3 off-street parking spaces and plenty of on street parking directly outside the property.

The double rooms are designed to give that luxury feel. The rooms have a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and also benefit from a 32inch smart TV.
