A furnished double room with in-built wardrobes is available in a large bright flat. The flat has a large, bright living room/dinner with smart tech, a modern kitchen with high spec in-built appliances, a renovated bathroom with shower and Hive heating. Virgin fibre broadband. Bedrooms are carpeted with laminate throughout the rest of the flat. Clothes driers are situated round the back of the flat in the garden.

The flat is situated in a quiet neighborhood, under 10 minutes walk from the station through the park. The town centre is also only a 10 minute walk away, with all the amenities of Moulsham Street even closer.

I work shifts at a local hospital so some days you'll have the place to yourself, and other days I'll be sleeping through the day so any tenant needs to be considerate of this. When I am home I like to be sociable, I enjoy cooking and I'm happy to share meals with a bottle of wine. I once enjoyed running through the parks but I'm out of practice, much prefer a pub walk at the moment.

I've spent the last year renovating my flat but there are a few small things left. I like to keep it clean and tidy and expect any tenant to do the same. If you can help keep the houseplants alive even better.

Currently I'm trying to reduce my use of plastic and recycle as much as possible. As such, I'm interested in living with like minded people.
