We have a nice 3 bedroom house with shared common sitting room, kitchen and spacious garden: perfect for a BBQ (meat-free or not, we don't care) when it's not raining of course!

Your room is upstairs, facing south therefore plenty of natural light. It is a spacious room, with a wall wardrobe. Out of your room a small corridor leading to your own private shower and toilet, the shower is very spacious too! There is space for a small make-up table if you require so.

Downstairs we have a sitting room, which we use for exercising (Treadmill, 25kg Jerry cans, medicine ball, boxing bag) but also sitting! you're welcome to join. A kitchen and another shared toilet - We also have a washer dryer machine, just put your laundry in, forget about it and get it out dry!

I think it's of a good value and I'm speaking as a tenant still continuing to live in the property. I was a student and this is in my opinion of good value for this budget.

Whether you are studying at Uni and working, doing your postgrad or commuting to London this room will be perfect. Just come and see and make your mind up.
