I am a friendly, respectful and professional guy looking for a relaxed housemate and whilst I enjoy good conversation, I also enjoy my private time on occasion so please note this is not a party flat! As the flat owner, it is important to me that the housemate is clean and respectful at all times.

References will be required and there is no minimal contractual term or deposit required.
