I've lived in this flat for around 7 years, and love it here, looking for a new flatmate to share a home with.
Nice modern, clean flat within 10 minute cycle, 30 minute walk and 20 minute bus ride of Chelmsford station. Has a parking space for new tenant, guest parking and a bike shed. Really good road links as well, being near the A12, and close enough that you don't have to sit in much traffic to get on or off it. I've worked in Braintree, Colchester and London whilst living here and all have been really easy to travel to.

Shared living room is already furnished, and the flatmate (me) is a professional working in London in technology/healthcare. The Bathroom recently had new flooring installed, which looks beautiful, and the kitchen is equipped with washing machine, and a fridge freezer.

I'm quite a sporty person, I go climbing, do parkour and play football regularly, and am quite into my music and films so often out and about at gigs and things. Looking for someone reliable and tidy who preferably has some similar interests to move in. I would definitely recommend seeing the flat in person, as it's a lovely place to live.
