Thank you for visiting, I am pleased to share my spare room. It is in my modern new build apartment that is only 3 years old and is based in the new Beaulieu Park development.

You will have your own double bedroom with use of the lounge, kitchen, bathroom and outside terrace area.

You will share with just me (it is not a huge house share with many people). I am a chilled guy and work as a Architectual Technologist. I have been working from home (my desk is in my bedroom) but expect to return to working from the office soon. If you need to also work from home there is a spare desk for you to also use.

There are great transport links to Chelmsford City Centre, Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford Train station via bus stop located around the corner. Alternatively if you drive, there is a parking space and great links to the A12 & A120.
