Are you are a quiet, clean, professional with a secure job, and another place you call home?

This is not a 7 days a week let and is not suitable for students or unemployed wanting to spend long periods at the property.

It is a single room 2.5m x 4m approx, single bed. Furnished - almost brand-new bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Bathroom is shared with the other 1 tenant, who works long hours and has a regular 4 days here, 4 days away routine.

All utilities, heating and WIFI are included and when possible all rooms are cleaned once a week. The house is warm and dry.

Use of the kitchen (you can eat there) and washing machine are included.

It is only 15-20 minutes’ walk to bus / train station and city centre; easy access to A 12 and A 414. It is a lovely area to live - there's a large park (to walk to the centre) and countryside nearby and a large, peaceful garden.

Street parking is included, possibly room on drive for a small car. Plenty of room for a bike.
