This well furnished double bedroom in a spacious well kept flat, with only one other flatmate, would make a great base for a commuter, or student, with only a short walk to the town centre and several bus stops within minutes of the flat.

There is a good sized bathroom with a shower/bath. There is a communal airing cupboard. The double bed and all furniture in the bedroom is included.

The flat is equipped with very fast, good quality broadband. The lounge has two large leather sofa's, with a 50' television, dining table and coffee table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, secondary under counter freezer and washing machine/dryer, whilst also having hob and cooker and a selection of other appliances.

All bills are included.

The other tenant is hard working, easygoing and friendly guy who mainly keeps to himself but is always up for a friendly chat.

Smoking in the flat is not allowed. Whilst we will accept smokers we do insist that any smoking is done outside the flat.

Parking is available close by with the closest being directly opposite the flat. An arrangement for parking can be made with the Indian restaurant opposite.

A previous tenant commuted over to Broomfield hospital in approximately 15 minutes by car.

The flat is a short 10-15 minute walk from Chelmsford High Street and about 25 minutes from the train station.
