I have a single room available in my house,
The room is fully furnished with a good quality bed, double wardrobe, and computer desk with a chair. The property is in a very quiet area, with off street parking. Central heating, double glazing.
I am 25min walk from Chelmsford station and 30min from town centre, 10min by bus, parking is available if you drive.

£550 is 1st month intro offer, then £600 thereafter, minimum 6 months contract for this offer.
This room is also available on a daily rate of £58 for someone who needs it for a day etc.

I also follow a certain belief and observe certain guidelines regarding alcohol & meat therefore no smoking, no drinking and no pork.. I have new carpets and would like to keep it that way ,therefore please remove your shoes upon entering.
You will be quite, clean and domesticated and have your own cutlery. You will be given separate cupboard and fridge space.
The rent includes all bills inc wifi
