Large single room, close to station & central park

Lovely single room, located right behind central park so very close to the city centre and Chelmsford station (10-12mins walk to either) so would be great for commuters or someone who loves living in a vibrant city which has the added bonus of easy access to a day out in London.

I am a professional male looking for a new housemate who likes cats as there are 2 sociable cats who love attention living in the flat with me, so will need to have no pets of their own.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, enjoys chilling on the sofa with a glass of wine and some trash tv but likewise is also happy to enjoy their own space too. I would of course like someone who will respect my belongings which if in shared areas will be mostly more than welcome to use and really looking for the new housemate to feel like it is also their home and not just a stop gap. The current housemate has been living there with me for 3 years and is only leaving due to moving in with current partner.

There is communal parking, a shared bathroom as well as a lounge/kitchen which is fully furnished/already equipped and the room is a large single but can fit a double bed if required.

The room will be available from the start of December but a possibility of a slightly earlier moving in date if needed for the right fit.
