I have a large double room to let in my house. It has a newly fitted en-suite shower room with powerful rainwater shower, sink and toilet, new double bed and new carpets fitted in the bedroom and throughout.

The house is fairly new, very modern and the room is decorated in black and white with built in furniture - triple wardrobe and two built in single wardrobes/chest of drawers and bookcase, all in light maple finish so lots of storage space plus desk and chair. There is Sky fibre super fast Wi-Fi and Sky Q multi room. The room has a TV and and you can watch and record your own programmes and box sets and Sky Cinema/Netflix.

There is also a re-fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and large double American style fridge freezer.

The room overlooks a lovely garden at the back of the house which is maintained by a gardener and the front of the house overlooks a large greensward so is very peaceful and quiet. There is also a beautiful summerhouse at the end of the garden to chill out in.

There is plenty of parking available at the property. Tesco Express and a shopping parade is 5-10 mins walk away. There is a bus stop within 2-3 minutes walk with bus to the station or Broomfield hospital taking 5 minutes. A walk to the station is only 20-25 minutes. There is also a large Morrisons store within 10 minutes walking distance.

I’m a live in landlord and very easy to get along with. I’m looking to let the room out to a non-smoker who is respectful, quiet, clean and tidy.

The room will be available around 19th May after my current house mate moves out to relocate to Bristol. I have mainly had house mates renting Monday to Friday for work in the past but will also consider full time for the right person.
