Double room 4m x 3m, recently redecorated; double bed, single occupancy only. Good storage space.

All utilities, heating and WIFI are included. The house is warm and dry.

Use of the sitting room is negotiable.

Use of the kitchen - where you should eat - is included. Please note: I am vegetarian. The bathroom, just opposite the bedroom, has just had a major refurbishment.

LOCATION
Only 15-20 minutes’ walk through the park to the train station and city centre; access to A12 and A414. It is a lovely area to live, countryside nearby and a large, peaceful garden. Street parking is always available.

Rent - payable weekly, in advance.

I am single and work varied hours as a tutor. I engage in various activities and hobbies when I have the time.
