In central close to train station

Hey! I’m Sy!
I’m looking for a female to move in to the large double bedroom in a 2 bed town house.
The house is located an 8 min walk to Chelmsford train station and 10 min walk to central.
There will only be 2 people living in the house, including myself.
It’s ideal for a commute to London as it’s a 30 min train to Liverpool Street.
The house includes a living room, a large dining room, kitchen and a big garden.
I’m quiet and respectful but up for socialising if that’s something you’d want to do.
The bedroom contains 2 large built in wardrobes.
Happy to go for a coffee to meet and discuss. Can also do video viewings.
