Situated in the heart of Chelmsford, we are 5 mins walk from the train and bus stations, ARU and the City Centre

The house is a late Victorian terrace with loads of original features and full of character, with shared sitting/dining room, fully stocked kitchen, washing machine and combined bathroom/electric shower/toilet, all on the ground floor

- All bills included in the rent (council tax, gas, electricity, water, sewerage, broadband, TV licence)

- On Street parking (Residents parking permit required thru Chelmsford City Council, currently £26 per annum, which is not included in the rent)

- Small furnished patio and grassed garden with gas BBQ

- Fortnightly cleaner for communal areas included in the rent

- Room comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet

We are a clean, tidy, quiet and friendly house and are looking for a new housemate with the same outlook

Proof of earnings/guarantor and proof of the right to live, work/study in the UK are all required in advance of moving in, please
