Situated in the heart of Chelmsford, we are 5 mins walk from the train and bus stations, ARU and the City Centre

The house is an early Edwardian terrace with loads of original features and full of character, with shared sitting/dining room, fully stocked kitchen, washing machine and combined bathroom/electric shower/toilet, all on the ground floor

- All bills included in the rent (council tax, gas, electricity, water, sewerage, fast broadband, TV licence)

- Small furnished patio and grassed garden with gas BBQ

- Fortnightly cleaner for communal areas included in the rent

- Room comes with single bed, wardrobe, small chest of drawers and bedside cabinet as per the pictures. PLEASE NOTE THAT NONE OF THE EXISTING FURNITURE CAN BE REMOVED

We are a clean, tidy, quiet and friendly house and are looking for a new housemate with the same outlook

Proof of earnings/guarantor and proof of the right to live, work/study in the UK are all required in advance of moving in, please
