We are looking for a professional to come and join us in this really great house. Beautifully equipped, well maintained and spotlessly clean and sharing with some great people. We are all professional, respect each other, yet like to socialise to make it really feel like a home.

The room, which has recently been repainted, also benefits from a new carpet and is available immediately.

The room has a very comfortable double bed with divan base and headboard. It also has a good size double wardrobe and a chest of drawers, bedside table plus desk and chair. The bathroom is shared but is on the same floor and has both bath and shower and is of a good size.

The house, which is at the bottom end of Parkinson Drive is conveniently located just a leisurely 8 minute walk to both the train and bus station. The 24hr Tesco is just a short drive but there is a local supermarket much closer.

The licensed house is in all round excellent order and all communal areas have also been recently redecorated. The large kitchen/diner is equipped with a gas hob, and electric oven, dishwasher, two fridges and two freezers and plenty of cupboard space as well as a round dining table and chairs.

There is also a separate utility room with Bosch washing machine and Bosch tumble drier which are both free to use.

The large, bright, very comfortable communal sitting room has a 65” flat screen TV, a 3-seater leather sofa 2 2-seater leather sofas and coffee table with two sets of patio doors to the lovely garden. This has both a paved patio area and a raised decking, which is ideal for BBQs, with plenty of garden furniture. There is also a grassed area, with rotary clothes dryer. Housemates also have access from the garden to a secure garage, ideal for keeping bicycles and other bulky items secure.

The communal areas of the house are professionally cleaned to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.

The rent includes all bills and unlimited high speed internet (Sky fibre). The property has plenty of free safe on-street parking adjacent to the property.

We are looking for a person to join a really great bunch of professionals and who have made this house very much their home. Please note this is not a party house!

We have in the past had enquiries from prospective tenants who are also parents. Please note it is not suitable for anyone who wishes to have their child stay over or visit.
