I will be staying at another property however will pop back occasionally (likely once a month) to oversee maintenance work at the house.

I am looking for a trustworthy individual to live at the house whilst I am elsewhere.
Moulsham is a great area with lots of shops and cafes and the house is walking distance to Chelmsford train station. Bills included covering gas ,water, electric and internet.
