Family home. I am a gay dad to 4 children. Two of which are under 10, an 18yr old and a 20yr old. We are located in Chelmsford, 15 minute walk to Chelmsford City Centre. We are a large 5 bedroomed family home, and have had 3 lodgers prior, all of which have stayed with us long term, so ideally I am looking for the same. Our light and airy double room is available from Saturday 14th March 2026. The room (including a brand new en-suite) has the following:

YOU - will be ideally between the ages of 18-30yrs, to fit in with our family household. Either a student or professional. The room is for single occupancy ONLY. (Friends/partners may visit upon request)
