The house is in a great location - around a 20-minute walk to Chelmsford station, close to shops, bars and cafes on Moulsham Street, and with easy access into London. Ideal for working professionals.

You’ll be living with a group of young professionals (early–mid 20s). It’s a very sociable house - everyone gets on well and enjoys doing things together like going out, watching films, or just chilling in the living room - while still respecting each other’s space and routines.

The property includes a shared living room, modern kitchen, two bathrooms and two showers, plus a garden.

The room comes furnished and the house has all essential amenities. Looking for someone tidy, respectful, and easygoing who will fit in well with the house.

Rent is £625 + bills (typically around £50/month, lower in summer). I’m happy to offer a small discount on the first month for a smooth move-in.
