We have a double room available in our modern 3 story town house.
The house is a 10 min walk to Chelmsford City Centre and the Train Station, both can be reached by a pleasant walk or cycle thru Central park.
The Room - Double room with modern ikea style furniture. The bed in this room can be quickly and easily configured as a single or double bed , see the pictures for details. The communal bathroom has been recently refurbished and has a large walk in shower and modern bathroom fittings with plenty of storage space for products.

There is full fibre broadband throughout the house (500 mb/s). The entire ground floor is set aside for communal living, the kitchen diner is well stocked with communal pots, pans, crockery and utensils. There is a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is an under counter fridge and freezer with two additional upright fridge freezers to provide plenty of chilled storage for all 5 housemates. The boiler and hot water storage system was completely replaced in March 2021 and it is controlled by a smart Nest sensor system.
There is a separate utility room with a washer and dryer and an additional fridge for drinks. There is also a downstairs wc just off the hallway.
The lounge dining room has a very large corner sofa, large led tv and sky hd box with full sky subscription including Netflix. There is a separate dining area with large dining table capable of seating 6.
The rear garden contains a range of modern patio furniture.
There is on street parking to the front of the house and additional parking in a well lit parking quadrant at the rear of the property.
A cleaner cleans the entire ground floor and communal bathroom on a weekly basis.
The current tennants are all relaxed, friendly, kind and considerate people and we are looking for someone who will fit these attributes. The aim is to maintain a peaceful and pleasant living environment for all based on mutual self respect.
