We are 5 friendly housemates seeking a new housemate to join our household.

We all like to hang out together from time to time and are frequent visitors to the numerous local pubs and restaurants. We also all work weekdays and so like our own space/peace and quiet.

We're clean and tidy and share the cleaning and chores of the house between us, it's important to us that everyone keeps the communal areas tidy and respects each other's space.

Our landlord is brilliant, gets things sorted quickly and in return for keeping the house clean and tidy regularly drops off a couple of crates of beer for us.

The house is located right in the city, with pubs and restaurants a couple of minutes' walk away, 2 cinemas, shops and train station all 10 minutes or less walk too.

We have 1 lovely ensuite room available in the 6 bedroom house, upstairs which will be available from September 2020 The room is furnished including double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair.

The house has a communal fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, breakfast bar and a separate dining area. Behind the house is a bike rack.
