You will live in Lovely modern house, offering you a lovely well decorated small double room. This is a family house, and we are a gay couple who have 2 young children ages 13 and 10yrs. We have had 2 lodgers over the past 5yrs. We are now looking for a new lodger. You must fit in with a family house and aged between 16-22. We find the younger age fits in with our children better. You must respect noise levels and be tidy. You will have a lovely small double room, pleasantly decorated, with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and a TV. We have excellent broadband and all bills are included. We live on Chancellor Park in Chelmsford, so very close to Asda and the retail park. There are good bus routes to town, and excellent paths for walkers or cyclists. We are a down to earth couple, and we are all very friendly. Hence our lodgers stay with us for long periods. Our house is very modern and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will have use of kitchen facilities.
