Double bedroom 15min walk to town centre

Hi there! I live just off town centre in a 2 bedroom apartment. My partner now also lives with me, as well as my fur family of: 2x chihuahuas, 3x cats and 2x leopard gekos (it's not as chaotic as it sounds!). I am a very clean and tidy person and have the rule of 'leave things as you find them'. Naturally the person moving in would need to love animals and also like a tidy and clean home.

We like a quiet and relaxing home watching Netflix in the evenings, aside from the odd night playing board games or playstation! We want the person moving in to feel at home and have similar interests to us. I have a no visitors rule, just yourself please :) . I would like to have some nights in where we all have dinner together/ watch TV together etc. - a takeaway and a glass of wine is always a must for me! :) .

I work 5-6 days a week and can be long hours. My partner currently works from home.

The bedroom currently has a lodger in but she is moving out to her own place mid. January 2021, which is why we're now looking for a new lodger. In the pictures, the computer/printer will not be included. She changed the layout of the furniture when she moved in, but you are welcome to change it back to the original layout - there is a picture of this.

-All seen furniture (inc: 3 door wardrobe, a large 4 drawer cabinet, bedside table with 2x drawers, desk with 3x drawers/ chair and a double bed with under bed storage space).

-Bedding and towels (if wanted!)
