Large Bedroom Fully Furnished

Hello

I am looking for a flatmate to take my friends room. The room is large and spacious, the bedroom comes Furnished. The flat is very quiet, really lovely neighbours that live in the block, we have parking facility outside the flat, there is also a large green area behind the flat which you can see from the kitchen, it’s a very peaceful flat. I work shifts so I would need somebody who would respect when I’m sleeping during the day or when I have to start work late. I am an easy going person, I’m happy to socialise with whoever I live with but I also respect the fact that you would probably want to relax on your own as well..
all I ask is that we keep the flat tidy and clean, I’m not really somebody that has gatherings at the flat so I need somebody who is on the wave length as me (basically quite chill lol).

All Bills are included. The flat is situated approximately a 7 minute walk from Grange Hill station and a 12 minute walk from Hainault station.. you can also drive to Hainault and park in one of the roads close by.
