Single room available near Hainault station

My brother (26M) and I (30F) are looking for a lodger/housemate (FYI, I have two cats (2M, 1M)). We are looking for someone tidy, respectful and fairly social (we are introverts but enjoy chilling at home). We have a
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review from our last housemate. We both work from home for part of the week, and in our spare time we enjoy hanging out watching Netflix/gaming/crafting.
Ideally looking for short-term lets, but flexible and willing to work something out for the right person if you are looking longer term.

The room is a single room on the second floor, furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. All bills included.

- 1 toilet + bath/shower (upstairs)
- 1 toilet (downstairs)
- Spacious living area and kitchen
- Garden

The house is a 5-minute walk to Londis; 15-minute walk to Lidl/Co-Op; 7-minute walk to Hainault station. The 462 bus stops directly in front of the house and the 150 bus is also next to Hainault station. There is street parking available and the house is in a quiet suburban location. It's also a great area for takeaways.
