Zone 4 - Double bedroom, newly renovated home

Hi we are a young couple with a toddler and a large friendly dog looking for someone awesome to take up our spare room. We (40,37) are mega movie and gaming enthusiasts and love travel. We are friendly and sociable, very tidy and respectful of your privacy and comfort in our home and expect the same.

About the home: 3 bed house. The kitchen is brand new, equipped with new Samsung appliances. The room available for rent has recently been painted, fully furnished, and even includes a mini fridge. Plus, it offers lovely views of the back field. Upstairs, we have a full bath and shower, and downstairs, there is a guest toilet, back yard and garage for additional storage.

Currently, we have a lovely girl (25) occupying the other room. She is very clean, respectful, and quiet. She is. not home often as she is only in the UK for a short while from Japan, so she is making the most of her time exploring London and travelling. So it will mostly feel like just sharing with us.

We have a 1 year old toddler and as a young family prefer someone who is mature and respectful and not inclined towards using the house for excessive partying. Also if possible prefer a professional/student who works outside the house during the day - not a hard requirement at all though but you would get brownie points from other candidates.

We love animals and welcome your pets. If you have a dog, we would want to meet them during the viewing to check if they are compatible with ours. However, we must apologize as our dog does not get along with cats.

We have also arranged for a cleaner to come in once a month to deep clean the common areas, included in your rental cost. We are also open to the tenant having exclusive use of the guest toilet for extra 100pcm - if you so desire.

Our home is situated in a beautiful area, surrounded by forests and fields. In fact, there is a park right in front of the house, complete with tennis courts and an outdoor gym.

If you rely on public transportation, you'll be pleased to know that there is a bus stop just a 1-2 minute walk away, and it takes only 8 minutes to reach Hainault station (Central Line). From there, it's approximately a 40-minute journey to Oxford Circus.
