FEMALE ONLY - I have a nice double room available for rent in a large bungalow - It has Sky Freeview TV / Video & Netflix in the room, it is a shared bathroom with separate shower & bath. Two living rooms, dining room. Large kitchen where you will have your own cupboard and own fridge / freezer in your room, or you can leave in conservatory, use of dish washer, washing machine. Wifi - Parking is outside on the road., but I do have a ring door bell that videos any movement. Never had any problems in 21 years so far ! Nice large garden with washing line. I don’t allow smoking in the building but if you go outside that’s fine. Price is £110 per week for single person. . You are only appx 15 mins walk to the station and 10 mins walk to the town. Small Tesco is about 5/6 mins walk away in St Osyth Road.. There is only myself who is a young at heart 68 years old, still enjoying life to the full. I have just got a little Yorkie rescue dog who is 10 who is quite and well behaved.
