Just Paid For Subscription😊 Penthouse Flat

I’m after a clean and tidy person that’s hard working to help rent this lovely penthouse flat in Clacton on sea!
it’s 1min walk from train station and a couple of minutes to the town centre it’s close to gyms and leisure centre,
It’s the tallest building in town and has a balcony that has views all around (also a hot tub)
It’s a large double bedroom that’s unfurnished although I may look into furnishing it but we can speak about that!
I’ve rented with a good friend for 3 years and sadly he’s moving to pursue things with his partner! I’m usually out working from 7am and then work long hours and usually spend my evenings training I like the odd night out but I can’t stand the hangovers so tend to not go out drinking to much now!
Even when I am home I’m usually found in my room relaxing! So wouldn’t be in anyone’s way!
I am clean and tidy and would expect all Communal areas to be kept that way!
There’s is off-road parking and key fobs to get into building and carpark!
I like to think I get on with most people and am polite and friendly!

I say ready from 8th of December but that’s when my flatmate officially moves out but he could be moved before or worst case 3rd bedroom is available here until he goes!
