THE AREA

THE HOUSE
The house is sandwiched between the convenience of the Town Centre and the peace and calm of Hilly Fields. It's spacious and quiet here, with a kitchen with limited equipment, allocated cupboard space, two fridge/freezers, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, a separate lounge/dining room, and a little garden.
All rooms have fire doors and individual locks for your safety and security, and commercial grade fire alarm systems operate throughout the house.

We are a family business - all of the houses are owned and managed by ourselves - so you get to deal direct with the landlord and our small, but super fabulous, team.
We have over 15 years experience of renting rooms to professionals and take pride in what we do - we are accredited, legally and professionally qualified and fully licensed so you can be assured you are dealing with a reputable landlord.
HOW TO SECURE A ROOM:
To reserve a room, you will be asked to first submit an offer form.
We then have a quick look over your offer, and if all is looking good so far, we will ask you to pay a holding deposit to reserve the room.
The amount of the holding deposit is equal to one week's rent, which then goes towards your first month's rent payment if your application is approved.
The holding deposit secures the room in your name for a maximum of 15 days, in which time we will receive your application and references, and complete all the legal stuff (contract signing etc).
Your actual contract start date can be between 5 and 28 days from reserving the room (will vary for each room, so do ask us).
The holding deposit also covers the cost of the loss should you fail to enter into the tenancy within the deadline.
