I am a 25 year old male returning to University studying a Masters in Computational Finance - October 2019. I plan to rent out a double room with ensuite and private balcony area for a minimum period of 9 months. Although I will be living in the other double room, communal areas will include the separate Kitchen, Lounge/Diner and Bathroom.
Having worked in London for the past two years in Global Capital Markets, I am open to either working professionals or students. With Colchester 's main train station a stones through away it would also be ideal for commuting.
The monthly rent is £575 including all bills and a £200 security deposit is required. The amenities include, washing machine, dishwasher, free parking, broadband, and as mentioned in the ad the flat will be fully furnished.
A bit about me - I am a young career orientated individual with a good sense of humour. While I intend to prioritise my studies, I enjoy socialising and will certainly embrace the University lifestyle. I also play various sports and enjoy keeping fit. There is a great gym just a short walk from the flat at a very reasonable price.
Cheers
Alex
