We are open to other arrangements and living patterns, again at this reduced rent.

The Room:
The room comes complete with a double bed, a mattress for a good night’s sleep; a bedside table, chest of drawers and free standing wardrobe with long mirror.

Amenities and bills:
- All bills are included (Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water and TV License)
- Full use of well-equipped shared kitchen and separate utility room including 4 hob cooker, washing machine, fridges and freezers, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Fees:
This room is available with a small deposit of £200 which will be returned once you leave with your room in good order. To secure the room, there is a non-refundable holding deposit of £100 per tenant payable which is later deducted from your first month's rent.

About You:
We are looking for a professional working tenant who is looking for a quiet, clean and friendly place to call home. For your benefit and ours, we reference and credit check all prospective tenants. Generally a three month minimum tenancy is required.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate couples, those not working or those wishing to have children or pets stay.
